    2. The controller of your personal data, as well as the entity to which you submit your application documents, is Ewa Barańska-Chodkowska, conducting business activity as “Ewa Barańska-Chodkowska Headhunters Group” with its registered seat
    in Warsaw, ul. Zygmunta Hubnera 2/197 01-756 Warsaw, e-mail: biuro@hhg.pl, referred to as: „HHG”.

  2. The purpose of processing your personal data and the legal basis

    3. Your personal data will be processed by HHG for the purpose of conducting a recruitment process for the position you are applying to. If in the application documents you have sent to HHG you have given an appropriate consent, your data
    will be also processed for the purposes of future recruitments conducted by HHG.

    In both cases, i.e. when we process your personal data in order to consider your application for this particular position, as well as when we will be processing your personal data for potential future recruitment processes, the legal basis for this processing is your consent, and therefore the article 6, section 1, letter a)of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
    Directive 95/46/EW (“RODO”).

  3. Who can we reveal your personal data to?

    4. The recipients of your personal data, and therefore the entities to whom we can reveal it in relation to the recruitment process we are conducting for the position you are applying to, are potential employees, whose requirements for a given position advertised in a posting we think you meet. Don’t worry – nothing will take place without your knowledge and consent!

    Additionally, the recipients of our personal data, are the following entities: (i) provider of the email service you use to send us your application documents, and which we will use to contact you in the course of the recruitment process; (ii) hosting provider of www.hhg.pl, website, which you use to send your application documents; (iii) our employees involved in conducting the recruitment process.

  4. How long will we be processing your personal data?

    5. Your personal data will be processed for a period required for conducting the recruitment process for the position you are applying to. After the recruitment process is finished, your data will be removed from our database of candidates, unless you revoke your consent for processing your data sooner – in such case we will remove your personal data before the end of the recruitment process and cease its processing sooner.

    If you give your consent for processing your personal data for future recruitment processes, we will be processing them for up to 2 years from the date of receiving your consent. If you revoke your consent before that point, we will remove your personal data and cease its processing sooner.

  5. You have the right to…

    6. According to RODO and in situations described in RODO, you have the right to: (i) request us to give you access to your personal data, as well as (ii) to correct them, (iii) remove them, (iv) limit their processing, or (v) issue an objection against their processing, as well as (vi) the right to transfer your data.

    You can also revoke any consent for processing your personal data which you have given us.

    8. You passing us your personal data is voluntary – you decide whether you want to take part in the recruitment process we are conducting. However in order to conduct it we need to process your personal data.

  2. Cel przetwarzania Twoich danych osobowych oraz podstawa prawna przetwarzania

    3. Twoje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez HHG na potrzeby aktualnych oraz przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych. Podstawą prawną takiego przetwarzania jest wyrażona przez Ciebie zgoda, a zatem
    przepis art. 6 ust.1 lit. a)     Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych
    oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE („RODO”).

  3. Komu możemy ujawnić Twoje dane osobowe?

    4. Odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych, a zatem podmiotami, którym możemy je ujawnić w związku z prowadzonymi przez nas rekrutacjami, są potencjalni pracodawcy a zatem podmioty, które zlecają nam wyszukanie odpowiednich kandydatów na konkretne
    i dostępne u nich stanowiska pracy. Nie obawiaj się jednak – nic nie będzie
    odbywało się bez Twojej wiedzy i zgody.     Dodatkowo, odbiorcami Twoich danych osobowych są następujące podmioty: (i) dostawca serwera poczty elektronicznej, za pomocą której przekazujesz nam swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne, i za pomocą której
    będziemy się z Tobą kontaktować w toku rekrutacji, (ii) dostawca hostingu strony www.hhg.pl, za pomocą której przesyłasz swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne, a także (iii) nasi pracownicy zaangażowani w
    przeprowadzanie procesów rekrutacyjnych.

  4. Jak długo będziemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe?

    5. Swoje dokumenty aplikacyjne przekazujesz nam w oderwaniu od prowadzonych przez nas aktualnie, konkretnych procesów rekrutacyjnych. Twoje dane osobowe zawarte w tych dokumentach będziemy przechowywać i przetwarzać przez okres 2 lat od dnia
    ich otrzymania, po upływie tego okresu usuniemy je z naszej bazy danych.

    Jeżeli przed upływem tego okresu wycofasz udzieloną nam zgodę na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych, wówczas usuniemy Twoje dane niezwłocznie i wcześniej zaprzestaniemy ich przetwarzania.

  5. Masz prawo do …

    6. Zgodnie z RODO oraz w przypadkach w RODO wskazanych, masz prawo do: (i) żądania od nas dostępu do Twoich danych osobowych, a także (ii) ich sprostowania, (iii) usunięcia lub (iv) ograniczenia przetwarzania lub (v) prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania,

    7. Organem nadzorczym do spraw ochrony danych osobowych jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

    8. Przekazanie nam Twoich danych osobowych jest dobrowolne – to Ty decydujesz, czy chcesz zasilić naszą bazę kandydatów i brać udział w prowadzonych przez nas procesach rekrutacyjnych. W tym celu jednak potrzebujemy przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe.

  8. Automatyczne podejmowanie decyzji i profilowanie

    9. Twoje dane osobowe nie będą podlegały automatycznemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu.
